Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Polisher to join our dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse or factory setting and possess mechanical knowledge to effectively operate hand and power tools. As a Polisher, you will play a critical role in ensuring that products meet quality standards through meticulous finishing processes. Responsibilities Operate various hand and power tools to polish and finish products to specified standards. Inspect finished products for quality assurance, identifying any defects or imperfections. Work collaboratively on the assembly line, assisting with the fabrication and assembly of components as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Utilize forklifts to move materials and finished products within the manufacturing facility when required. Follow detailed instructions and specifications for polishing processes to ensure consistency and quality in production. Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse or factory environment is preferred. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools is essential for effective performance in this role. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to assemble components accurately. Familiarity with operating forklifts is a plus, along with any relevant certifications. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual productivity. Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work are crucial for success in this position.
