Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and skilled Master Jeweler to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of professional jewelry repair and fabrication experience, possess exceptional craftsmanship, and be fluent in English for effective communication with customers and team members. Key Responsibilities Perform a wide range of jewelry repairs, including ring sizing, soldering, stone setting, chain repairs, and restoration work. Conduct polishing, refinishing, and quality control inspections. Fabricate and modify custom jewelry pieces according to specifications. Set diamonds and colored gemstones with precision. Diagnose repair requirements and provide accurate assessments. Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail. Ensure all work is completed within established timelines. Communicate clearly with customers and team members regarding repair needs and project status. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a jeweler, bench jeweler, or master jeweler. Strong proficiency in jewelry repair, fabrication, polishing, and stone setting. Fluent English speaking and communication skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining quality standards. Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship. Strong problem-solving and time-management skills. Must currently reside within a 1-hour driving distance of the work location. Preferred Qualifications Experience with luxury jewelry brands. CAD/CAM or custom design experience. Certification from a recognized jewelry training program. Experience working in a retail jewelry environment.
