Jewelry CAD Designer

Trice Jewelers CAD Designer Trice Jewelers is looking for an experienced CAD artist to join our in-house design team. Trice Jewelers has been the premiere jeweler in Colorado for over 60 years, with an outstanding reputation in our community. Our team is dynamic, professional and have a heart of service dedicated to our amazing clientele. We are looking or a Cad designer with the following skills:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury jewelry design and proficiency with the Matrix CAD/Rhino programs.
• Bench jeweler experience preferable, including comfort with 3D printing, and casting preparation.
• A working knowledge of jewelry manufacturing, with experience manipulating designs to balance aesthetics and wearability.
• Outstanding character and ability to develop and nurture client relationships. Cad designers are expected to meet with clients daily and partner with Sales Executives to bring clients' vision to completion.
• Must have excellent knowledge of the jewelry industry, designers, and jewelry trends.
• Superior communication skills needed, both verbal and written, including experience with customer service, critical thinking, and creative solution execution.
• Ability and knowledge to run, operate and maintain 3D printers.
• Professional dress attire befitting a luxury retailer required.
• Ability to thrive under pressure; to set and help achieve targeted goals.
• Cad artist must track progress of current projects, and keep Sales Executives informed of CAD animation/render and wax completion.
• Cad artists will be expected to help develop signature jewelry designs for Trice Jewelers and to aid in building brand awareness.
• Positive attitude, willingness to receive feedback and ability to contribute during creative meetings are a must.
• Cad designers may be invited to attend industry events, buying trips, and may be offered opportunities for continuing education.

All opportunities are based on performance.

Salary starting at:

$65,000 -$75,000 depending on experience. Trice offers and excellent working environment and culture. We offer multiple benefits including a generous pay structure, health benefits, paid time off. We are open Monday through Friday from 10am to 6pm and Saturday from 10am to 6pm. We are closed Sundays.
