• The Role We are seeking an experienced, anatomy-first piercer with 2-3+ years of professional piercing experience.

Candidates must be skilled in needle-only piercing — no piercing guns. In addition to piercing, this role includes an element of client styling and sales — helping guests select fine-jewelry pieces and build cohesive ear stacks. This is primarily a piercing role, but comfort on the sales floor is important.

• Responsibilities Perform safe, clean, professional piercings using needle-only technique Maintain and follow strict sterilization protocols Educate clients on proper aftercare Help curate piercing placements and develop creative concepts with clients Represent our brand values, professionalism, and warmth Support showroom team as needed Assist clients with fine-jewelry selection and ear styling when not piercing Contribute to sales floor as needed — comfortable engaging clients and making jewelry recommendations •Requirements 2-3+ years professional piercing experience Needle-only piercing experience (no gun use) Must be over 18 Comfortable working weekends (required) Current Bloodborne Pathogens + First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain before start) Must be willing to obtain any required Florida/Palm Beach County piercing licensure •Preferred Traits Passionate about fine jewelry and ear styling Friendly, professional, and confident with clients Strong attention to detail Values cleanliness, safety, and precision Excited to grow with a small, ambitious company This role is ideal for someone who loves both piercing and styling.
