JOB DESCRIPTION
Diamond Vault is seeking a full time Bench Jeweler or Master Jeweler. This position will handle general jewelry repair, stone setting, and custom manufacturing depending on experience. An on-site bench test will be required. Compensation will correspond with experience. Benefits include company paid health insurance, paid holidays, group dental/vision rates, and generous 401(K) & profit sharing. All applications will remain confidential. Minimum of 3 years experience in jewelry repair Proficient in all aspects of jewelry care, metalsmithing, repair, and polishing Knowledge of gemstone care and precautions Experience in stone settingRESPONSIBILITIES
Prioritize and maintain repair and custom deadlines Perform basic watch services (batteries and band adjustments) Process repair orders and update status through computer Maintain a clean and organized workshop Perform daily setup and shutdown procedures Perform scheduled maintenance on tools, equipment, and supplies Track and maintain shop suppliesQUALITIES
Friendly with professional attitude, appearance, and demeanor Experienced, dependable, punctual, trustworthy, and honest Detail oriented with focus on quality of workmanship Organized and motivated with effective communication skills Commitment to learn and grow professionallyCOMPENSATION PACKAGE
Hourly Compensation with Overtime (Annual Base Pay Equivalent:
$56,000- $79,000) Benefits include Health Insurance, Paid Holidays, Paid Time Off, Generous 401(K) & Profit Sharing, and more.
