This role combines a passion for fine jewelry and excellent client service. This highly interactive position will accept and price jewelry and watch repairs while working closely with our sales team to ensure we deliver the highest level of client service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and assess jewelry pieces requiring repair or maintenance Create detailed repair tickets and maintain accurate documentation Communicate with customers regarding repair status, timelines, and costs Coordinate with Repairs Manager to prioritize repairs Change watch batteries and size watch bands Track repair progress and ensure timely completion Perform quality control inspections on completed repairs Assist with managing inventory of repair materials and supplies Work closely with the Repairs Manager and Sales team on all repairs
Required Qualifications:
MUST have 2+ years of experience in jewelry retail repair operations Strong understanding of jewelry materials, gemstones, and repair processes The ability to manage workflow and meet repair deadlines in a fast-paced work environment Proficiency in point-of-sale systems General knowledge of watch repair and the ability to change watch batteries and links Participate in store open/close procedures Must be able to work on Saturdays and special events as required
Preferred Qualifications:

Pay:
