Founded by a career goldsmith with over 30 years of industry experience, our store combines traditional bench skills with advanced technology including CAD, 3D printing, laser welding, hand fabrication, and custom design. We are approaching our 10-year anniversary and continue to grow year after year. Our shop features four fully equipped benches, advanced tools and optics, laser welders, and a collaborative culture built around quality craftsmanship and customer relationships. This is not a "sit in the back and just bench work" role. Our goldsmiths are an important part of the client experience and work closely with customers and the sales team to help deliver outstanding service and custom solutions. What We're Looking For We are seeking an experienced Master Bench Jeweler / Goldsmith who is technically strong, adaptable, customer-focused, and passionate about craftsmanship.

The ideal candidate:

Has 10+ years of bench experience Is highly skilled in repair and custom work Enjoys interacting with customers and explaining repair/custom recommendations Can comfortably transition between bench work, client interaction, and teamwork throughout the day Values quality over rushing production Works well in a collaborative, mature environment Is self-motivated, dependable, and solutions-oriented Required Skills & Experience Advanced jewelry repair experience Stone setting experience Wax carving and fabrication skills Experience with custom jewelry production Comfortable using CAD/3D production workflows Experience quoting repairs and communicating repair recommendations to clients Strong computer skills and ability to use repair software systems (EDGE experience a plus) Ability to assess repair value and clearly explain options to customers Experience with laser welding preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Our Culture We are a customer-first, service-driven store where teamwork and professionalism matter.
