Let us bring your jewelry dreams to life. Overview We are seeking a skilled jeweler to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced retail jewelry store. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in fabricating and assembling jewelry pieces. As a jeweler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and precision of our products while utilizing various hand and power tools. Responsibilities Setting diamonds and gemstones and creating mountings Performing channel and platinum rebuilds Minor ring repairs and other jewelry maintenance Wax carving, fabrication, and casting Custom jewelry design and creation Cleaning and polishing Rhodium & Gold Plating Experience Prior bench experience in a high-end jewelry store or manufacturing shop is required. Knowledge of complex and intricate jewelry construction and precious metal properties. Ability to read and interpret design rendering Ability to construct handmade elements, mechanical components, clasps, and connections Ability to communicate issues clearly in a team environment. Knowledge of colored stone properties, setting techniques, and styles. Must have good communication skills. Must be highly motivated.
