Yanina & Co. is a fine and luxury jewelry store built on craftsmanship, trust, and personalized client service. We're looking for a skilled Bench Jeweler to join our team and help us continue delivering exceptional quality repairs, custom work, and finishing to our clients.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Perform sizing, soldering, prong retipping/re-setting, and stone setting on fine jewelry in gold, platinum, and silver Complete repairs, restorations, and custom fabrication work to exacting quality standards Inspect incoming pieces and provide accurate assessments, time estimates, and repair recommendations Use laser welding and/or casting equipment where applicable Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bench and workspace Collaborate with sales staff and management on client requests, timelines, and special projects Uphold Yanina & Co.'s standards for craftsmanship, care, and client trust with every piece handled
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 3+ years of bench jewelry experience (fine/luxury jewelry preferred) Proficiency in sizing, soldering, prong work, and stone setting Experience with laser welding and/or CAD a plus Strong attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a boutique retail environment Professional, trustworthy, and collaborative approach to working with a small team
