ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a family-owned jewelry manufacturer and retailer in business since 1986, seeking a skilled bench jeweler to join our team in Montgomery, Ohio. This position supports both our wholesale manufacturing division (ARS/American Ring Source) and our retail storefront (Diamonds Rock). You'll work on consistent daily production volume in a stable, non-mall environment alongside a tight-knit team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Ring sizing, soldering, and metal repairs across gold, silver, and platinum Prong retipping, re-shanking, and prong rebuilding Stone setting — prong, bezel, channel, and pavé Polishing and finishing to retail standards Production repairs for wholesale accounts Quality inspection of completed work before delivery

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 5 years of bench experience — this is not a training role Proficiency across all standard repair types Stone setting skill required Comfortable working in both retail and production environments Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in clean work Experience with gold, silver, and platinum
