8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Position Summary PrideStaff is seeking a reliable, creative, and customer-facing Vinyl Graphics Designer for a local sign and vehicle wrap shop. This role combines front-office client consultation with hands-on digital design and production. You will be the face of the shop—greeting customers, collaborating on design concepts, utilizing industry-standard software, and running large-format production machinery. Key Responsibilities Greet clients at the front desk, and maintain a close, consultative design conversation to bring their vision to life. Develop and adjust high-quality layouts for vehicles and signage using internal systems and specialized software. Set up, run, and maintain large-format Epson printers and laser engraving equipment. Assist with basic order entry/billing, measure materials accurately, and ensure jobs are prepped perfectly for the installation team. Qualifications & Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and SignLab is preferred. Experience with CAD software and the ability to make rapid design adjustments based on client feedback or physical dimensions. Proficient with precise physical tools like a tape measure; experience with laser engravers is highly valued. Ability to lift 40 to 50 lbs. occasionally and stay active in a production shop environment.
