CAD Jewelry Designer

Are you looking to expand your CAD knowledge by working alongside master jewelers and stone setters on historic Jeweler's Row? If you answered yes, please keep reading! Rubertone's Casting Division, LLC in Philadelphia is looking for a CAD jewelry designer to join our team! We are a full-service casting house, we work for the trade . We do it all from CAD design to stone setting, to final polishing. We have been manufacturing jewelry for over 25 years . Our ideal candidate will have at least 1-year experience creating fine jewelry models in Matrix or Rhino , but all levels of experience will be considered. Attention to detail and good time management skills are a must—knowledge of fine jewelry design and jewelry components. Knowledge of Matrix and 3D printers is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

3D Modeling in Matrix and Rhino based on the client's instructions Preparing files for 3D printing and casting, exporting STLs in multiple pieces if necessary Use ZBrush to create certain projects Rendering different angles to depict the finished product Operating 3D Scanner Collaborating with other designers, jewelers, setters, and casters Thinking creatively to build designs Please email your resume and a few samples of your work.
