Senior Bench Jeweler - 5+ years of qualified experience

Job Overview Milliard Diamond Concierge is a custom jewelry house specializing in luxury personalized pieces and bespoke bridal collections. We are looking to expand our team by hiring a Senior Bench Jeweler with five or more years of relevant experience. Jeweler will work alongside our current production team and report directly to our Master Jeweler. This position offers continual training and opportunities to gain new skills. Required Skills & Experience Minimum of five years' experience in: Stone setting (all types), ring/bracelet sizing, soldering, assembly, and polishing Chain and clasp repair Re-tipping prongs Working with gold, silver, and platinum Maintaining an organized bench and keeping tools in working order The ideal candidate is: A customer service minded individual with a high standard for quality work product Skilled at communicating effectively both with customers (to explain repair needs, sizing specifications, disparities, etc.) and across teams internally Trustworthy Highly organized Self-motivated and able to consistently meet deadlines Open to feedback and willing to make changes in craft to produce jewelry that meets the Milliard standard Experience with Piro ERP system is a plus!

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm in-person with 30-minute lunch. Occasional non-standard work hours as needed incl. Saturdays (e.g., during holiday rush).

Pay:

From $60,000 per year based on skill and experience

Benefits:

Health and dental insurance; 401(k) eligibility after one year of service including 4% employer match; 10 days of paid time off per year (may be prorated depending on timing of hire); 8 paid holidays per year; and opportunities to receive additional training at a qualified jewelry education facility at the company's expense.
