Bench Jeweler position available

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Jeweler to join our team. As a Jeweler, you will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and repairing various types of jewelry. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and a strong understanding of jewelry making techniques.

Duties:

• Assemble and fabricate jewelry pieces according to design specifications
• Repair damaged jewelry by soldering, polishing, and replacing stones
• Set gemstones into settings using hand tools and power tools
• Inspect finished pieces for quality and accuracy
• Collaborate with designers and customers to create custom jewelry pieces
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Jeweler or similar role
• Proficient in CAD and casting
• Strong mechanical knowledge of jewelry components and construction
• Ability to read and interpret jewelry design specifications
• Attention to detail and precision in workmanship
• Creativity a plus
• Familiarity with gemstones, precious metals, and their properties
• Knowledge of different jewelry making techniques (e.g., soldering, stone setting)
