Who We're Looking For We're seeking motivated, energetic, and team-oriented Sales Associates to join our growing company. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and enjoys helping customers bring their vision to life — this role is for you. Previous experience in sales is preferred, especially in the kitchen, furniture, or home improvement industry , but we're open to training the right person. A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering great customer experiences are essential. Key Responsibilities Create kitchen designs using 2020 Design software Prepare accurate and timely estimates for clients Guide clients through product selections and project decisions Actively follow up with leads and maintain client relationships Consistently meet or exceed sales goals Develop in-depth knowledge of our products: cabinets, countertops, flooring, tile, hoods, installations , and more

Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay:

$19.00 - $22.00 (based on experience) Commission Pay + Bonus Opportunities Overtime & Holiday Pay Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Training Employee Discount Flexible Schedule Schedule 8-hour shifts Monday to Friday sometimes Saturdays Occasional additional weekends as needed Work Location On-site in Auburn, WA 98001
