About Joseph Jewelry Joseph Jewelry is a high-end custom jewelry store with locations in Bellevue and Seattle, WA. We specialize in engagement rings, wedding bands, diamonds, and fine jewelry designed around each client's style, priorities, and timeline. Founded by Joseph in 1996, our company has built a reputation for quality craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and a highly personalized customer experience. We work closely as a team to help clients create meaningful custom jewelry, from the first conversation through design, production, and final delivery. Position Overview We are looking for a confident, friendly, and motivated Jewelry Sales & Design Associate to join our Bellevue team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and is interested in jewelry, design, diamonds, and custom projects. Jewelry experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidate. The right person should be professional, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable helping clients both in person and online. This position involves building strong client relationships, guiding customers through design options, providing accurate pricing, and coordinating with our internal team to keep projects moving smoothly. Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Working with clients in person, by phone, email, and online Helping customers explore jewelry styles, design options, diamonds, and gemstones Assisting with custom engagement rings, wedding bands, and fine jewelry projects Providing accurate pricing and clear project details Building long-term relationships with clients Managing multiple client projects at once Following up with customers throughout the design and production process Communicating with design, CAD, production, and management teams Helping ensure project details, timelines, and due dates are clearly understood Supporting showroom presentation and daily sales operations Providing a high level of customer service in a professional jewelry environment Qualifications Energetic, friendly, and professional attitude Strong communication and customer service skills Confidence working with clients in a high-end environment Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once Detail-oriented and comfortable discussing pricing, timelines, and design details Team-oriented and willing to coordinate with multiple departments Interest in jewelry, diamonds, gemstones, design, or luxury retail Reliable, punctual, and accountable Jewelry sales experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate Preferred Qualifications Previous jewelry sales experience Experience with diamonds, engagement rings, wedding bands, or custom jewelry Luxury retail or high-end customer service experience Artistic, design, sketching, or Photo Shop skills Experience managing customer projects or long-term client relationships Strong written communication skills Compensation & Benefits Base pay plus commission Full-time position Competitive earning potential Paid vacation Paid holidays Paid sick time Insurance benefits Relaxed but professional work environment Employee discount Training provided for the right candidate
