The Opportunity We are seeking skilled Independent Contractors across Alabama who are ready to take control of their schedule and earnings. Unlike an entry-level role, this position is for technicians who already know the trade and are looking for a steady flow of high-quality jobs without the stress of marketing or lead generation.

Key Responsibilities Field Operations:

Perform emergency lockouts (residential/commercial/automotive), re-keying, lock installations, and repairs.

Advanced Services:

Cut and program high-security automotive keys and fobs; troubleshoot complex hardware issues.

Customer Consulting:

Assess on-site security needs and recommend appropriate upgrades or solutions to clients.

Job Management:

Manage your own inventory, document completed jobs via our platform, and maintain professional communication with dispatch.

Requirements Proven Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of professional locksmithing experience is required . You should be comfortable working independently from day one or if you have experience and you need help sometimes—that's not going to be an issue as well.

Tools & Equipment:

If you possess your own reliable vehicle and a standard set of locksmithing tools (pick sets, key cutters, programmers) is a plus.

Professionalism:

A strong "customer-first" mentality. You represent the brand on the front lines.

Compliance:
