In this pivotal role, you will oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of comprehensive locking systems, including mechanical locks. Your expertise will ensure the safety and security of our clients' facilities while leading a team of skilled technicians. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be a lead Locksmith in a family run small business. Responsibilities and Experience Lead the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of electrical security systems Manage field service operations by diagnosing locking issues, performing repairs, and ensuring optimal system performance using hand tools and power tools. Electric strike knowledge work a plus. Provide technical troubleshooting support for physical locking systems including safes. Train and mentor junior locksmith techs Maintain detailed documentation of installations, repairs, system configurations, and compliance with safety standards. Locksmith Tech must be able to work at fast pace and have the knowledge to solve field problems as they arise. Locksmith Tech must have knowledge of Residential and commercial locking devices and terminology and the ability place orders for parts needed for repairs if not in stock. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on clear communication during repairs. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience working with hand tools and power tools in field service environments. We are eager to find the right person for this position.
