Door company needs person to work in off-site job locations to install, repair, and maintain commercial key systems for satisfactory performance and compliance with job requirements or changes in job construction. Must have knowledge of code issues. Fills and maintains field service reports on warranty work and contractor issues. Job requires familiarity with power hand tools, function of door hardware, and how to adjust hardware for optimum performance. Must be able to perform the essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be able to pass DOT physical. Background check and clean MVR are required. Must provide a current MVR with application. Essential Functions Driving Map reading Familiarity with power hand tools Knowledge of code issues Ability to install, repair, and maintain key systems Knowledge of the function of door hardware Knowledge of adjustments of hardware for optimum performance Ability to communicate with customers Stair/ladder climbing Ability to walk, bend, push, pull, lift, reach overhead Clean Motor Vehicle Record Acceptable background check Ability to pass a human performance evaluation Familiarity with power hand tools Knowledge to install, repair, and maintain key systems Knowledge of code issues Knowledge of function of door hardware Knowledge of adjustments of hardware for optimum performance Communication skills
