We take pride in our quality craftsmanship, teamwork, and professionalism on every job. Now Hiring We're currently seeking experienced Canvas Pattern Makers and Canvas Installers to join our team full time. Job Responsibilities Take patterns from scratch Fabricate and install marine canvas products, including: Boat covers Boat enclosures Boat awnings Bimini tops Boat cushions Work efficiently on yachts, both indoors and outdoors Follow directions and maintain high-quality standards The Installer will be responsible for ensuring that all installations are completed efficiently and meet quality standard Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and customer interactions. Requirements Must be Bilingual (English and Spanish) Prior experience in marine canvas work (required) Team player with a strong work ethic Dependable and punctual Clean record Valid driver's license Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Benefits Paid holidays Paid vacations (after 3 months) Performance bonuses Punctuality bonuses Qualifications Previous experience as a service technician or in a similar role is preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
