Locksmith Technician

We're now seeking a dedicated Overnight Locksmith Technician to handle emergency calls between 7a.m-10p.m, 5-6 nights a week. 07:00 AM - 10:00

Compensation Commission-Based:

30% of each job completed (minimum $45 per job) After 3 months, commission increases to 35 %

Earnings Potential:

Typical range: $1,200-$1,500+ per week (increasing as call volume grows) Pay directly tied to the number of jobs completed

Example Jobs:

Automotive lockouts, residential rekeys, commercial lock changes, key fob programming, storage unit lockouts, etc. Key Responsibilities Respond quickly to service calls, including: Automotive lockouts, key cutting, and key fob programming Residential lockouts, rekeying, and lock changes Commercial lockouts, rekeying, and security hardware installation Storage unit and padlock removal Use your own vehicle to travel to customer locations Provide accurate pricing before beginning work Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Collect payments and record jobs in the CRM system Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle Smartphone with data plan Ability to work overnight hours consistently Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Excellent customer service skills Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and work in various weather conditions Locksmith experience preferred++, but paid training is available for the right candidate Training Paid hands-on training provided Ongoing opportunities to learn advanced locksmithing skills Why Join Us?
