S_181479 Spherion Gainesville, FL has a local client seeking a dedicated Locksmith to manage and maintain all door hardware, locks, and physical security.

Full Time, Monday

•Friday (Shifts vary)

Salary:

$18/hr

•$20/hr, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

Repair, replace, and install doors, hardware, and locks. Provide lock and hardware strategy recommendations to project managers. Coordinate work orders with contractors, the Lead Locksmith, and carpenters. Procure locks, doors, and hardware. Maintain accurate database for hardware, locks, keys, and doors. Collaborate with suppliers for technical support, warranty issues, and staff training. Ensure ADA and Florida Building Code compliance for hardware, locks, and doors. Adhere to all recognized safety practices and standards. Comply with all rules, procedures, and governing laws and regulations. Provide courteous, professional, and accessible service excellence. Perform other duties as assigned.

High School Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

•Master Keying Certification from a recognized trade school plus 1

•4 years of related work experience. (Vocational/technical training may substitute for required experience.) Registered Locksmith status is preferred. Must pass a criminal background check.
