Compensation Commission Structure:

30% - 35% per job.

Average Weekly Earnings:

$1,000 - $1,500 for consistent, high-performing technicians.

Top Earners:

Can exceed $1,500+ depending on availability and skill set. Key Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial locksmith services (lockouts, rekeys, fresh installs, and repairs). Provide professional on-site consultations and security recommendations to customers. Maintain accurate records of jobs completed and payments collected. Requirements (Must-Have)

Proven Experience:

Prior experience as a locksmith technician is required.

Tools:

Must own and maintain your own professional locksmith tools.

Transportation:

Must have a reliable working vehicle suitable for mobile service.

Reliability:

Strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.

Preferred Qualifications Automotive Experience:
