This position requires excellent problem-solving skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently in the field. Responsibilities Install, repair, and service commercial locks and door hardware. Rekey cylinders and maintain master key systems. Pin and rebuild lock cylinders. Install and troubleshoot electric strikes, magnetic locks, and electrified hardware. Install, adjust, and repair door closers. Install and service panic bars, exit devices, and life-safety hardware. Install and replace continuous hinges and other commercial door components. Service and maintain access control systems and electronic locking devices. Conduct security assessments and recommend solutions for commercial clients. Troubleshoot hardware and door-related issues in the field. Maintain accurate work orders, service reports, and customer documentation. Provide exceptional customer service while representing the company professionally. Participate in an on-call rotation schedule for after-hours emergency service calls. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of commercial locksmith experience preferred.
