Here at Stairway Cannabis, we strive for excellent customer service and above and beyond knowledge of cannabis. This ensures that we are not only connecting with our customers, but sending them out the door with a product that will match their needs. Cannabis has been used for thousands of years in a multitude of ways to match all different needs. Whether a customer is just looking for a good time, or in need of a product that will be the perfect medication for them, it is the budtenders job to ensure that is exactly what is given!
Dispensary Associate Responsibilities:
Keeping abreast of new cannabis products on the market as well as the latest industry trends. Ensuring that the store is clean and well-organized at all times. Correctly weighing, packaging, and labeling cannabis products, as required. Taking inventory of cannabis products and ensuring that the sales floor is adequately stocked. Maintaining compliance by following the proper policies and procedures set by the company and the state.
Dispensary Associate Requirements:
High school diploma or GED Proven experience working as a Dispensary Associate is preferred, but not required Ability to pass a background check and receive an Employee Registry Identification Card from the State Sound knowledge of all different cannabis products and their medicinal benefits (always must be willing to continue to learn, as the cannabis industry is evolving daily) Outstanding organizational skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication skills Exceptional customer service skills Work well with other team-members
