Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, repair, and replace interior/exterior door locks/components, plus furniture locks/components. Handle standard commercial door repairs; bonus points for ADA and low-voltage expertise. Tackle emergency calls nights/weekends (with generous after-hours pay). Communicate professionally with clients and team. Update work order status as required. Maintain company vehicle as mobile shop: Manage inventory, tools, and readiness.
