Duties Install, repair, and maintain various locking mechanisms, including traditional locks, electronic access controls, and high-security systems Diagnose lock malfunctions using tools such as ohmmeters to test electrical components and ensure proper functioning Rekey locks or replace lock cylinders to maintain security protocols for residential or commercial properties Conduct security audits by inspecting existing locking systems and recommending upgrades or repairs as needed Assist clients with key duplication, lockouts, and emergency access situations promptly and professionally Document all service activities accurately in work logs and report any security concerns or system failures to management Collaborate with security teams to integrate new locking solutions into existing safety infrastructure Qualifications Proven experience as a Locksmith with a strong understanding of lock hardware, electronic access systems, and security protocols Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters to test electrical components within security systems Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex lock or electronic system issues efficiently Strong manual dexterity and physical stamina for working with small parts and performing installations in various environments Valid locksmith license or certification as required by local regulations (preferred) Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams clearly Good communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to clients and team members Join us in delivering top-tier security solutions that protect people and property!
