We are seeking a reliable, customer and team-focused individual to join our team as a Shop Security Technician. In this position, you will assist customers in our shop, handle sales transactions, and perform locksmith services including cutting keys, repairing locks, programming car keys/remotes, and changing safe combinations. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Customer Service & Sales Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Answer phone calls and provide accurate information about products and services Process sales transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system Maintain a clean and organized workspace and storefront Cut residential, commercial, and automotive keys Repair, rekey, and install locks Program automotive keys and remotes Change safe combinations and perform basic safe servicing Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Follow safety and security procedures at all times
