Job Summary Master Locksmith, a busy locksmith company serving the St. Louis area, is seeking an experienced mobile locksmith technician to join our team. This role involves providing reliable and efficient locksmith services across St. Louis County and St. Charles County. As a key member of our team, you will receive steady dispatches through our system, ensuring consistent work without the need to chase leads. The ideal candidate is skilled in residential and commercial rekeying, car key cutting and programming, and handling lockout situations for both vehicles and homes. Responsibilities Perform rekeying services for residential and commercial properties to enhance security or accommodate new tenants. Cut and program car keys for a variety of vehicle makes and models, ensuring accurate and efficient service. Respond promptly to vehicle lockout situations, assisting clients in regaining access to their cars safely. Assist clients during house lockouts by unlocking doors efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction. Travel to job sites across designated areas in a timely manner using company dispatch systems. Maintain all tools, equipment, and vehicle in good working condition to ensure safety and efficiency on the job. Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients to provide updates on job status and estimated completion times. Experience Proven experience as a locksmith technician with knowledge of rekeying residential and commercial locks. Skilled in making car keys, including cutting and programming for various vehicle types. Experience handling lockouts for vehicles and homes with professionalism and discretion. Familiarity with locksmith tools, lock mechanisms, and security hardware is required. Ability to work independently while following safety protocols and company procedures.
