• 3,000 per week Commission/Performance-Based Compensation We are looking to hire approximately two technicians within the next one to two weeks.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for serious, hardworking, and highly motivated people to join our mobile locksmith service team. The most important part of this position is sales and customer communication. You must be able to build trust with customers, understand their needs, clearly explain available solutions and pricing, and confidently close sales. Previous locksmith experience is not required. We provide the training and company equipment needed to perform the work. You will use your own vehicle initially. A company vehicle may become available in the future based on performance, reliability, and company needs, but it is not guaranteed. During each scheduled 12-hour on-call shift, you must remain available and responsive to dispatch and be ready to travel to customer locations throughout DFW as service calls come in.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Remain on call and respond promptly to dispatched mobile service requests throughout the entire DFW area
• Communicate professionally and confidently with customers
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate locksmith solutions
• Explain service options and pricing clearly
• Close sales and identify appropriate additional service opportunities
• Learn and perform automotive, residential, and commercial locksmith services
• Maintain company tools and equipment
• Remain available, responsive, punctual, and dependable throughout the entire on-call shift

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong sales ability and excellent customer communication skills
• Serious, hardworking, responsible, and dependable
• Comfortable working independently in a mobile field position
• Able to handle long, busy workdays
• Valid driver's license
• Own reliable vehicle
• Available for 12-hour on-call shifts at least 6 days per week
• Willing to work throughout Dallas, Fort Worth, and the entire DFW metroplex
• No locksmith experience required, but you must be coachable and willing to learn

COMPENSATION AND TERMS

• 1099 independent contractor position
• Commission/performance-based compensation

• Actual earnings depend on availability, completed jobs, sales performance, and job volume; earnings are not guaranteed
