Job Overview Local applicants in Plano TX and surroundings up to 10 miles only!!! We are looking for a Locksmith Technician to join our local locksmith company, Morning (9am to 5pm) Afternoon - evening shift (2pm to 9pm) Hourly+commission +bonuses •Must have a Locksmith experience or technical experience •Must have clean record! Responsibilities Install, repair, and replace locks on doors, windows, safes, and other security devices. Respond to emergency lockout situations promptly and efficiently. Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter to troubleshoot electrical locking mechanisms. Provide clients with advice on security measures and recommend appropriate locking systems. Maintain accurate records of work performed and inventory of locks and keys. Requirements Proven experience as a Locksmith or in a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of various types of locks, keys, and security systems. Proficiency in using locksmithing tools, including an ohmmeter for electrical systems. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong customer service skills with effective communication abilities. Valid driver's license may be required for travel to job sites.
