Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Level 2-3 Locksmith Technician to join our technical team. The Locksmith Technician will be responsible for performing a wide range of commercial locksmith services, including installation, repair, and maintenance of locks, hardware, and access systems. The ideal candidate will have proven technical expertise, a strong commitment to safety and accuracy, and the ability to deliver professional service in a client-facing role. Key Responsibilities Install, service, and repair commercial locks, door hardware, and related security equipment Perform advanced locksmithing tasks, including rekeying, master keying, and troubleshooting complex systems Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner Accurately document work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job Collaborate with dispatch and sales teams to ensure efficient service delivery and client satisfaction Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in safe working condition Adhere to company safety protocols and industry standards at all times Qualifications 3+ years of professional locksmith experience (commercial experience strongly preferred) Proficiency with installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial locking systems Familiarity with electronic access control systems (preferred but not required) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent customer service and communication abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation and Benefits Hourly rate: $20-$35 per hour, based on experience and certifications Comprehensive health insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) Opportunities for advanced training, certification, and career advancement Schedule Full-time, Monday through Friday (6:30am-4:30pm) - 4 days a week.
