Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Locksmith to join our team, dedicated to ensuring the safety, security, and accessibility of our clients' properties. As a Locksmith, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of locking mechanisms, security systems, and access control devices. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical expertise and technical knowledge in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. Your expertise will help safeguard assets and provide peace of mind to our clients through expert security solutions. Key Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain mechanical and electronic locking devices Rekey locks, cut keys, and duplicate keys Diagnose and resolve lock and security system issues Install and service door hardware, closers, panic bars, and access control systems Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate estimates and explain repair options to customers Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicle Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies Qualifications Previous locksmith experience preferred (2+ years preferred) Knowledge of residential and commercial lock systems Experience with access control systems is a plus Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Excellent communication and customer service skills Why South Bay?
