CNC LATHE MACHINIST

•MAZAK/MAZATROL Precision Industrial Machine, Inc•Saraland, AL Precision Industrial Machine, Inc is seeking experienced CNC Lathe Machinists for a full-time day shift position. The position requires hands-on experience with Mazak CNC lathes and Mazatrol controls, including the ability to independently program, set up, and operate the machine. Responsibilities Program, set up, and operate Mazak CNC lathes using Mazatrol controls Perform conversational programming at the machine Set up tooling, workholding, offsets and fixtures Read and interpret blueprints Determine proper feeds, speeds, and tooling Machine parts from prints and manufacture replacement parts from samples Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and tolerance Troubleshoot machining and set up issues Qualifications Minimum of 5 years' CNC machining experience preferred Strong Experience with Mazak CNC Lathes required Mazatrol programming experience required Must be able to independently program, set up, and operate machine Strong blueprint reading and measuring skills General metalworking experience required Manual Machining Experience is a Plus MasterCam experience is a Plus
