Machinist for

CNC Machining Centers Duties:

Setup and operate Haas CNC Vertical Machining Centers Read blueprints and make blueprints from sample parts Achieve the desired quality level of parts manufactured Qualifications Minimum of 3 years experience Knowledge of setting up fixtures, calculating feed rates and cutting speeds Experience in setting up CNC Vertical Machining Centers is a must Experience in G Code editing Machinist for CNC Lathe Duties Experience with Haas Program Setup and Operate Haas or Mazak CNC Lathe Read blueprints and make blueprints from sample parts Achieve the desired quality level on parts manufactured Qualifications Minimum of 3 years experience with Haas or Mazak Lathe Knowledge of setting up fixtures, calculating feed rates and cutting speeds Experience in setting up CNC Haas or Mazak Lathe Experience in MasterCam a Plus Metalworking Experience Manual Machining Experience is a Plus Manual Machinist Qualifications Setup and operate Manual Lathes and Milling machines Read blueprints and create blueprints from sample parts Achieve the desired quality level on parts manufactured At least 5 years' experience Knowledge setting up calculating feed rates, and cutting speeds CNC machining experience a plus Benefits Top Pay Medical and Dental Insurance Paid Vacation and Holidays Paid Uniforms Clean and air-conditioned work place 401k
