Aerospace / Automotive Manufacturing Pay Starts at $25 to $32 per hour Position Summary We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join a precision manufacturing team in Baldwin Park, CA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of CNC machining experience and a strong understanding of precision manufacturing. The company specializes in manufacturing high-quality aerospace, airplane, and automotive components , combining advanced machining technology with expert craftsmanship to produce precision parts that meet demanding industry standards. Key Responsibilities Operate CNC machines to manufacture precision components according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and machining instructions. Set up and operate CNC equipment efficiently and safely. Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment. Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain quality and dimensional accuracy. Monitor machining operations and identify potential quality or equipment issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards. Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure parts meet customer specifications. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience. Experience working in a precision manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints. Knowledge of precision measuring tools and inspection equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Aerospace, automotive, or similar precision manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
