We are currently looking for skilled CNC MIll Machinists in Cypress, CA . This role goes beyond basic machining and operation and requires a high level of technical skill, attention to detail, and accountability to ensure every component meets standards.
SHIFT:
This role is a afternoon/night shift opportunity working four days a week from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
PAY :
Depending on experience $25-$40/hr Key Responsibilities Produce high-quality machined parts by machining components to specification while maintaining strict safety and quality standards. Interpret blueprints, drawings, and engineering information to produce parts and determine dimensions and tolerances as required Set up individual Operations on machine in conjunction with job planning Verify accuracy of machine/tool setting and detect out-of-tolerance machining Oversee machine operation and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency. Perform spot inspection consult with Quality Assurance throughout production run. Monitor and verify parts to ensure conformance to engineering drawings and quality standards. Ensure standard procedures are followed across all aspects of work, including tool setup and operation, process verification, product inspection, documentation, and material handling Follow AS9100 requirements in daily activities Perform other duties as assigned or requested Basic Qualifications At least three (3) years of CNC mill operation experience within aerospace & defense. Preferred Qualifications (In addition to Basic Qualifications) Fanuc or Heidenhain controls experience Key Skills and Competencies Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and customer specifications to produce precision components within defined tolerances Proficiency in operating and adjusting CNC machines, with a solid understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials Ability to identify issues in machining processes, tooling, or part quality and make appropriate adjustments to maintain production standards Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a safe work environment by following all safety procedures, equipment guidelines, and company standards High attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality parts that meet exact specifications and inspection standards Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with supervisors, engineers, and quality personnel

Salary is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
