What You'll Do As a key member of our machining team, you'll play a critical role in producing high-quality, precision metal components. Your expertise will help drive efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement. Set up and operate CNC mills (3, 4 & 5-axis) with accuracy and efficiency Edit and optimize G & M code for peak machine performance Partner with Engineering and CAM teams to refine programs Design and build fixtures for complex, custom parts Inspect finished products to ensure top-tier quality standards Troubleshoot issues and recommend process improvements Monitor machine performance and maintain detailed documentation Collaborate with a team that values skill, respect, and accountability What You Bring 8+ years of hands-on CNC machining (HAAS) experience Strong background in multi-axis machining (3, 4 & 5-axis) Fanuc Controls Experience Advanced blueprint reading and interpretation skills Proficiency with G & M code editing Experience with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail High school diploma or GED required (CNC certification or schooling is a plus) Work Environment You'll be working in a fast-paced machine shop environment with moderate noise and exposure to metal particles—ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on setting.

5:00 AM - 1:30

PM Swing Shift:
