Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Interpret blueprints, manuals and other work instructions. Set up - operate machine(s) and load with correct cutting tools. Inspect work pieces throughout a production run. Measure and mark dimensions and reference points on material or work pieces as a guide for subsequent machining. Clean and perform basic preventative maintenance functions on machines, tooling and parts. Communicate with supervisors, engineers, production control employees and other personnel for assignments. Resolve machining or quality issues Experience with live tooling is highly desired.
Requirements:
Machine operator - set up experience. Must work safely to prevent on-the-job injuries. Mori Seiki, DMG Mori, and Doosan CNC machine experience is helpful Twin spindle experience is a plus Ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience with
CNC Lathe Setup & Operating Pay:
$26.00 - $33.00 per hour
