Deburr Technician Pay:

Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Huntington Beach, CA The Opportunity Are you looking to grow your career in a high-precision machine shop? We are seeking a detail-oriented Deburr Technician to ensure our machined parts meet the highest quality standards. This is a full-time, day-shift role perfect for someone with 1-2 years of manufacturing experience ready to take the next step.

Key Responsibilities Precision Finishing:

Use hand tools, power tools, and abrasives to remove burrs and sharp edges from machined parts.

Quality Inspection:

Visually and dimensionally inspect parts to ensure they match blueprints and engineering drawings.

Blueprint Reading:

Follow work instructions and routers to meet strict tolerances and "GDT" requirements.

Careful Handling:

Move and stage critical parts carefully to prevent surface damage.

Team Support:

Communicate with Quality and Machining leads to identify and report any non-conforming parts.

What You Bring Experience:

1-2 years in a machine shop or deburring environment.

Technical Skill:

Ability to use files, scrapers, and air tools.

Detail-Oriented:

A "quality-first" mindset with a focus on consistency.

Physical Ability:

Comfortable standing for shifts and lifting up to 30 lbs. Work Environment Fast-paced, modern manufacturing facility. Consistent schedule with overtime available to help meet production goals.
