The Must-Haves Before You Clock In Minimum 5 years of machining/tooling experience
Strong experience with CNC machining (setup and operation required; basic programming preferred)
At least 1 year of CNC experience (combination with manual machining acceptable)
Solid manual machining experience
Experience with tool sharpening, mold repair, and tooling maintenance
Background in heavy machining environments
Ability to work with materials such as steel, aluminum, and other metals
Strong ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
High school diploma or equivalent required What You Get:

AD & D Insurance The Day to Day Sharpen, maintain, and repair cutting tools, dies, and fixtures to meet production specifications
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines and conventional/manual machining equipment
Perform mold repair, modification, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance
Fabricate precision parts and components using milling, turning, grinding, and drilling processes
Support heavy machining operations and complex part fabrication
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
Measure and inspect finished parts using precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, indicators)
Maintain tooling inventory and recommend replacements or process improvements
