The Must-Haves Before You Clock In High school diploma or GED required; machining certification a plus. 2+ years of experience with manual machines, CNC mills, lathes, or similar equipment (Haas, Mazak, Okuma a plus). Knows the math, the tools, and the tolerances that make good parts great. Dependable, safe, and ready to hustle. Proficiency in reading Blueprints Comfortable lifting materials and working on your feet.
