Shifts:

Swing Shift & Weekend Shift (Multiple Openings!) Are you a skilled CNC Machinist looking for a clean, professional environment and a stable career in the medical device industry? We are partnering with a premier manufacturing leader to hire experienced Machinists for their California facility. No "Swiss" experience required—we are looking for solid Mill and Lathe professionals!

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• General CNC Machining:

  Setup and operation of 2 & 3-axis vertical mills and/or lathes.

• Quality Excellence:

  Use precision inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, height gages) to ensure parts meet strict medical tolerances.

• Process Optimization:

  Adjust feeds and speeds, perform tool changes, and manage offsets to maintain production flow.

•

Collaboration:

Work alongside a world-class team of engineers and programmers to solve problems and hit production goals.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience:

  2-5 years of CNC Machining experience (Operating or Setup).

• Skills:

  Solid understanding of G-code, blueprints, and GD&T.

• Tech Savvy:

  Familiarity with controls like Fanuc, Mazak, or Haas.

Physicality:
