In this role, you will be responsible for operating, programming, and maintaining multiple CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to produce precision components that meet strict quality standards. Your expertise will help drive efficiency, accuracy, and excellence in our production processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced machining technology in a fast-paced environment dedicated to manufacturing high-quality parts. Responsibilities and Qualifications Set up and operate CNC machining equipment, including CNC lathes and milling machines, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and manufacturing drawings to produce precise components. Develop and modify CNC programs using CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software to improve machining efficiency and accuracy. Select appropriate tooling and fixtures for machining operations, maintaining proper tool wear and replacement schedules. Monitor machine operations during production runs, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards. Document production activities, inspection results, and machine maintenance logs accurately for quality control purposes. Canidate must be well versed in Surfcam and Fusion 360 Systems. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement in machining processes.
Pay:
$30.00 - $38.00 per hour
