Job Description

- Now Hiring H&H Machining Center is an aerospace and defense machine shop in Valencia. We machine superalloys and hard metals
- Inconel, titanium, A286, 15-5 and 17-4 stainless
- to tight tolerances.

2015 certified. We're looking for a CNC lathe setup machinist who can take a job from a bare machine to a good first article without hand-holding. What You'll Be Doing- Bore soft jaws concentric within .0005
- Build and set tools per the setup sheet
- Touch off tools and set work offsets
- Dry run the program
- Run the first part, measure every feature, adjust, and submit for First Article
- Run the machines and hold size across the run
- Make offsets and keep parts in the middle of the tolerance What You'll Run Doosan / DN Solutions
PUMA 2600SY, PUMA
2100SY, Lynx 2100SY, GT2600M and SMEC turning centers- dual spindle, Y-axis and live tooling. What We're Looking For
- 5+ years setting up CNC lathes
- Sub-spindle transfer and live tooling experience
- Reads blueprints and GD&T
- Solid with mics, calipers, bore gauges and indicators
- Fanuc control experience Bonus Points
- Aerospace or defense shop background
- Inconel, titanium or hard stainless
- Bar feeder setup Pay & Schedule $30
- $45 per hour, depending on experience. Overtime available. Day shift, 7:00 AM
- 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Pay:
$30.00- $45.
