ADEM LLC
is seeking a skilled and dependable CNC Machinist to join our swing shift operations team. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery to produce high-quality precision components while meeting production, quality, and safety standards.
Schedule Typical shift hours:
2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (schedule negotiable) Overtime and weekend work may be available Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC mills, multi-axis machines, or lathes Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions Measure finished parts using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges Perform tool changes and machine adjustments as required Inspect parts to ensure compliance with specifications and tolerances Troubleshoot machining, setup, and quality issues Maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of CNC machining experience preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints Experience using precision measuring instruments Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods Preferred Skills Experience with Fanuc and Haas controls Basic knowledge of
M-code and G-code Pay:
$22.00 - $34.00 per hour
