Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled

CNC LATHE

Machinist to join our team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC Lathe machines to produce high-quality precision parts. This is a Part-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines such as lathes, milling machines
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
• Monitor machine operations to detect any malfunctions or defects
• Use precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions of finished parts
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to optimize production processes
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Machinist
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining principles
• Proficiency in using power tools and precision measuring instruments
• Ability to work with various materials, including metals and plastics
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with tight tolerances
• Strong problem-solving skills, Math and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues
