Job Description

We are seeking to hire a Machinist for our client in Santa Rosa, CA! Weekly Pay and Benefits available. 2 Year+ Assignment $39.00/Hour As a machinist you will develop and sustain machining processes utilizing cutting edge machine tools such as Swiss Style Lathes, Single and Multi-Turret Lathes, Wire EDM, or 3 to 5 axis Milling centers.

Skills:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a desire to learn advanced machining skills. This position will require a machinist with a knack for precision, quality, and attention to detail. Willingness to learn, strong teamwork, a positive attitude, dedication, and job flexibility are a must. In addition, you will interface with Engineering, Maintenance, and Management as well as production/NPI Schedulers. Experience with any/all of the following is highly desired: CNC Turning Swiss Style Lathes Mill/Turn Machine Center Wire EDM Advanced Metrology CNC Programming/CAM Programming Software CAD/Solid Modeling Tool Grinding Interpreting specifications including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GDT)

Education:

High School Diploma Associates Degree or Journeyman Machinist certification a plus
