In this role, you will impact the manufacturing process by delivering high-quality machined parts that meet customer specifications, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of our production operations.

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• + Set up, operate, and maintain CNC and manual machine tools to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.

+ Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy using precision measuring instruments. + Maintain machine tools and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal operation and safety compliance. + Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues. + Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards in the machining process.

• YOU MUST HAVE

• + Proven experience as a machinist with expertise in operating CNC and manual machine tools.

+ Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and precision measurement techniques. + Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints accurately. + Experience with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. + Familiarity with machine maintenance and safety standards in a manufacturing environment.

• WE VALUE

• + Associate degree or technical certification in machining or manufacturing technology preferred.

+ 5+ years of experience in a machining role, preferably in a high-precision manufacturing environment. + 2+ years of experience in a lead role. + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production setting. + Experience with CAD/CAM software and programming is a plus.
