CNC Machinist

- 3:30 PM Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week 2nd Shift Monday
- Thursday 3:30 PM
- 2:00 AM 25% Shift Differential Weekend Shift Friday
- Sunday 6:00 AM
- 6:00 PM Work 36 hours, get paid for 40 hours 25% Shift Differential What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC mills and multi-axis lathes Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and fixture setups Run both short-run and long-run production jobs Make minor CNC program edits and offset adjustments Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Inspect your own parts using: Micrometers Calipers Height gages Precision measuring equipment Maintain tight tolerances and quality standards Machine aluminum and steel components Record production and inspection data using iPads and digital tools Troubleshoot machining issues and support process improvements Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications Required Minimum 1 year of CNC machining experience Experience with CNC mills and/or CNC lathes Ability to perform machine setups and tool changes Blueprint reading experience Experience using precision measuring equipment Ability to perform in-process inspections Comfortable making minor program edits Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Preferred Multi-axis lathe experience Haas mill experience Advanced setup experience Aluminum and steel machining experience Manufacturing experience in a precision machining environment Why You'll Love This Job Clean, climate-controlled machine shop Modern CNC equipment and technology Strong promote-from-within culture Cross-training on mills and lathes Stable company with long-term career opportunities Competitive shift differentials Raise opportunity upon direct hire Team-oriented environment with supportive leadership Consistent full-time hours Work Environment You'll work in a well-lit, organized precision machining department producing components for advanced electronic and mechanical drive technologies.
